Our dear friend Chantal and her son Liam was involved in a serious car accident on the 19th of September 2026. Liam has been discharged from hospital with minor injuries. Chantal is still in ICU with broken legs, arms and collar bone and has fluid that collects inside her lungs, making it very hard to breathe and is being drained daily. She is now facing a long road to recovery, including ongoing medical treatment and rehabilitation. She also has lost her only transport.
