The Farm of Hope is a non-profit organisation with one simple but powerful goal: to help young people and children fighting cancer.

For a child facing cancer, the battle is not only about chemotherapy, radiation and hospital visits. It is about the little things that can make an incredibly difficult journey just a little easier.

We help children in the hospital environment with their daily needs—whether it is toiletries, something to eat, or sometimes simply a soft toy to hold when they need comfort.

But our support does not stop at the hospital doors.

We look at how children get to their treatment. Transport can be the difference between receiving life-saving treatment and missing an appointment. We work to help families get their children to hospital so they can receive the treatment they need.

We also look at what happens when they return home.
