For Chrisma

Chrisma is an amazing friend but she is terribly ill. Her time is limited if she does not receive proper medical help. She is disabled and diabetic. She is living in St Helena Bay in the West Coast.

This is a remote place without a hospital and has only 1 doctor. She had a hip replacement few years back that didn't went well. She is on crutches and the only place in town she can afford to stay is on the 1st floor. The building is not disabled friendly and it is a daily struggle with the crutches up and down the stairs that is very narrow.

The main thing that require urgent attention is her septic diabetic wounds on her legs and feet. She suffer from a mantle membrane rupture that is severe. her stomach area is about double its size causing her trouble breathing. She cannot eat, lay down to sleep. She more or less sit up sleeping. She needs wound care and antibiotics and an operation. She earns about R6500 per month and she pays R4800 rent that is without gas and electricity.
