Climb for Change: Summiting Kilimanjaro for Men's Mental Health 

Imagine standing at the foot of a colossal mountain, its peak shrouded in mist. This daunting challenge mirrors the mental battles many men face in silence every day.

We are Jared, Keanan and Faa-iq, three friends from Kimberley in South Africa, driven by a shared passion for adventure and a deep concern for the often-overlooked struggles of men's mental health. In September 2025, we're taking on the ultimate physical and mental test: summiting the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.

But this climb is about more than just reaching a peak. It's about breaking the silence.

For too long, societal pressures have discouraged men from openly discussing their emotions and seeking help when they need it most. This silence can be isolating, leading to devastating consequences. We believe it's time to change the narrative.

Our "Climb for Change" campaign aims to:
