Road to London – Deadly Dozen World Championships 2026

We are Dino Chizinga and Owami Ndimande, two coaches, athletes, and teammates brought together by a shared passion for fitness, performance, and helping others achieve their goals. Together, we have earned the opportunity to compete at the Deadly Dozen World Championships in London this September, where we will take on some of the best athletes around the world in the doubles division.

Dino is the Head Coach at F45 Bedfordview and has spent more than a decade in the fitness industry. His experience spans personal training, nutrition, sports psychology, sports massage, sports injuries, and HYROX coaching. As both a coach and athlete, he is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential. He is also the founder of Throne Dynasty, a faith-led fitness and lifestyle brand focused on holistic wellness through coaching, recovery services, and apparel.
