Defend Our Community Hall

For years, the small hall on the corner of our community has been more than just a building. It has been a refuge, a classroom, a safe space, and a symbol of hope.
And it became that because of one man: Henry “Jakes” Jacobs.

Jakes, a lifelong member of our community, used his own hard-earned money, countless weekends, and every ounce of passion he had to restore this hall. He formed a fully registered, legally compliant NGO with one purpose — to uplift children, the elderly, and families who have nowhere else to turn.

Before Jakes stepped in, the hall stood neglected.
Broken windows. Rusted doors. Abandoned by those who now claim it.

But Jakes saw potential.

He repaired it.
He cleaned it.
He restored its dignity — not for profit, not for politics, but for people.
