Help Denae get medical assistance

My daughter Denae, has been experiencing severe dizziness, chest pains, heart palpitations, trembling and fainting frequently.

This has been accompanied by double vision and also frequent bouts of nausea with loss of appetite. I recently lost my job, so I am unable to get her the medical help she needs. It is getting worse day by day. Given the family history of heart disease and other issues on both my own and her father's side, it is a huge concern.

So much so that I fear I will lose her if she doesn't get help. We don't own a car, so taking her to a clinic is extremely difficult. We do not have family or friends here and the nearest clinic is about 7km away. She cannot even walk 200m without feeling dizzy and weak.

She needs urgent medical care. The funds will help us with transportation and the consultation fees at a doctor's office, as well as medication and follow-up checkups. Should she be sent to any specialists or for any tests, that would also be covered.
