My brother, a dedicated doctor currently doing is comm serve in Limpopo, was involved in a motor vehicle accident driving from Mashishing to Mbombela.
His vehicle drove off the roadside in extremely misty conditions, leaving him fighting for his life. He drove right off the cliff and landed into the bushes 50m off, there were two other guys in the car one who flew out as the car was going down and he was able to flag down cars to let them know about what happened.
On the scene my brother was trapped in the vehicle and they were unable to get him out without help, my parents lucky enough were staying with him at the time and one of the residents came to tell them he was in an accident. they had to call all close hospitals to find out where he was taken.
When they got to the hospital they had intubated him and placed him on a ventilator, they were told that on the scene he was in and out of consciousness. Due to the head injuries he sustained he had bleeding on the brain as...
