Donate food for our children's home

A child should not have to worry about the basics.

Not about whether there will be milk tomorrow.

Not about whether there will be soap in the bathroom.

Not about whether there will be enough food for everyone.

Yet these simple things have become a real challenge for us at Abraham Kriel Children’s Home Nylstroom.

Our pantry and fridges are running low, and our soap and hygiene supplies are also running out. That is why we are asking for your help, so that the children in our care can continue to have the daily essentials they need to stay healthy, clean and cared for.

We have an urgent need for the following items:

Food cupboards and fridges:

• Any type of meat: pork, fish, chicken, beef and game.
• Non-perishable food items: tinned food, rice, pasta, cake flour, etc.

Toiletries:

• Bar soap (no liquid body wash, please)
• Toothpaste
• Face cloths
• Roll-on deodorant (for boys and girls)
• Baby bath soap
• Vaseline
• Body lotion
