Hi, I’m Donna, and I’m a COW! 😊 Basically, this means I use my ability to run to help raise awareness and funds for CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa).
Cancer, and the battles people face because of it — has always been close to my heart. I’ve been a committed fundraiser and supporter of cancer foundations for many years, because I’ve seen how deeply cancer impacts not only the person fighting, but everyone around them too.
In 2026, I’m taking on some of the most demanding races of my life to raise awareness and funds for children fighting cancer and the families walking that road with them:
- White Desert Ultra (150km) – 9 March 2026 (Egypt)
- Great Wall of China Marathon (42km) – 14 May 2026
- Comrades Marathon (South Africa) – 14 June 2026 (note: Comrades has a separate fundraising link which I’ll share soon)
- And so many more which I will share along the way…
