Dreams Across Borders

My Name is Nelisa Makongwana. I am from a small town in the Eastern Cape called Flagstaff. I am a mother to two beautiful boys, Alu and Ovayo and we live in the South Coast. I have been a student at Charis Bible College for the past two years. 

I was introduced to Charis Bible College by my sister in love after I attempted to take my life, back in 2019. I started attending Charis in 2022 and my life has not been the same since. The attempt on my life was because I was depleted emotionally, spiritually and psychologically. At the time I had also walked out of a marriage engagement and had a new baby, another out of wedlock. My life was a constant struggle: relationships with family, friends, colleagues and partners were always in turmoil, all at once at times. I didn't know what my purpose is and I had turned my back on God.
