EL Pet Pals is facing its hardest chapter.
If we can’t raise urgent support, we’ll face the unthinkable: closing the gates on one of the few no-kill animal sanctuaries in the Eastern Cape.
🏠 WHO WE ARE
Founded in 2011 by Sue Kriel, EL Pet Pals began with one woman’s promise that no abandoned or abused animal would ever be left behind again.
Today we care for 200 dogs and 80 cats at our sanctuary in Wilsonia, East London. Our small team of five staff and five volunteers work around the clock to feed, medicate and comfort every animal that arrives — many of whom have known only neglect.
