Elmarie Jegels to LA

What started as a dream turning into a first decisive hum at the age of 10, has blossomed into a reality of a vocal explosion for our 18 year old daughter, Elmarie Jegels. She is a young lady from Heidelberg in the Western Cape with a promising singing future.

She was selected in October last year to represent South Africa at WCOPA (World Championships of Performing Arts) in Los Angeles, California in June this year. This international competition is often cited as the official “Talent Olympics” for aspiring performers and entertainers. 

Numerous winners at this competition walk away with over a quater of a million dollars in scholarships and prizes. An opportunity like this comes to a very special few in South Africa.  As “Hollywood” is the entertainment capital of the world, the competitors at the WCOPA must be the Best of the Best as the judges are from the entertainment industry. This is such a great opportunity for Elmarie to get noticed and win a big contract or scholarship. The opportunities are endless.
