South African singer Ernestine Deane turns 46 on 15 October 2020. She is raising R 46 000.00 to assist with medical and living costs.

I don't know why it is so much easier for me to give assistance than to ask, but I need your help. It is even harder to explain the breakdown of my health in the last years and the devastating impact of adrenal fatigue and an ailing immune system, on my daily life. It sucks to be sick all the time. As I write, I am still recovering from a severe case of shingles on the head and face; and the resultant nervous system issues and poor vision. The health care costs are ongoing and sky-high- and accumulating as I journey through getting to the bottom of my health issues. These have been especially difficult for me to carry as a full-time artist who has had a 70 percent decrease in earnings-due to the impact of the global pandemic on the music industry.
