The Maxiniva Sisters was selected to represent Western Province JKA Karate at the South African JKA Championship combined with All Africa Cup to be held in JHB at the Ellispark Indoor Arena on the 28th and 29th July 2023. Both Sisters are an essential part of the Western Province team and has a extremely good chance of being selected for the South African Team.
Layla Maxiniva started Karate 7 Years ago, she is currently Black belt. She was also the sports ambassador of her School, Layla is an Star student and Stands a Brilliant chance to represent South Africa at the Indo Pacific Cup in Mauritius in September
Faatimah Maxiniva started Her Karate in 2021 and is already on her Green Belt and prepping herself to grade to Blue Belt, Faatimah looks up to her Sister wants to follow in her footsteps
