Every month, millions of girls and young women experience menstruation. Yet for many, periods are still surrounded by stigma, misinformation, embarrassment, and inequality. Too many girls miss school because they lack access to menstrual products, accurate information, or supportive spaces to talk about their experiences.  

Menstrual health is not only a health issue—it is an education, gender equality, and social justice issue.  

Without intervention, the cycle of stigma, misinformation, and exclusion continues.

Flow & Glow was created to change that.
