Help Francois & Ruard Get to the World Championships
Francois de Villiers and Ruard de Bruyn have both qualified to represent South Africa at the 2025 Paragliding World Championships in Brazil — a dream they’ve worked toward for years.
They recently competed in Colombia and Réunion Island to secure their place on the national team. This is a Category 1 FAI competition, the highest level in the sport, and comes with major expenses — international flights, equipment, logistics, and entry fees.
They’re covering as much as they can themselves, but they need your help to get across the finish line. Any support, big or small, will help them fly the South African flag on the world stage.
Let’s help them take off.
