Throughout my career, I've worked alongside incredibly talented women. Women who were organised, capable, hardworking and full of potential. Yet I kept seeing the same pattern. They had the skills, but they didn't have the pathways to turn those skills into sustainable businesses and independent income.

I realised I had a choice. I could accept that this was simply how things were, or I could help change it.

I chose to build CoCo Africa Hub because I believe women don't lack talent. They lack pathways.

Across Africa, millions of women already have the resilience, determination and ability to succeed. Yet too many continue to face barriers that prevent them from reaching their full potential. Limited access to practical business education, mentorship, funding, digital tools and business networks means many women never get the opportunity to build the future they deserve.
