We invite you to help the association Friends of Thandolwethu NPO in setting up the Thandolwethu Early Childhood Development Centre in Samora Machel township, on the outskirts of Cape Town. Once operational, the centre will be managed and run by members of the local community, creating jobs in an area where unemployemnt is high.
The funds raised through this campaign will be used to support training of the staff, building the centre, ensuring quality educational activities, and promoting and disseminating innovative educational practices inspired by the Reggio Emilia pedagogic approach.
