From Head Chef To Bakery Owner

Hi, my name is Waldo Bruwer.

I am a husband, a father, and a qualified chef with more than 16 years of experience in the culinary industry. For most of my career, I have dedicated my life to creating memorable food experiences for others. Cooking and baking have never been just a profession to me—they have always been a passion, a creative outlet, and a way of bringing people together.

Since 2015, I have been baking for family, friends, and special occasions as a hobby. Whether it was cakes, desserts, platters, pastries, or sweet treats, I found joy in creating products that made people smile. What started as a hobby slowly grew into a dream, although I never imagined it would one day become the foundation of my future.

On 23 June 2025, my life changed unexpectedly when I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident.
