Dear Friends of Eagles Rising Leadership Academy,

It is with great joy and gratitude that I greet each of you as we step into this new year. I trust that you had a peaceful and blessed season of rest, and I pray that 2026 will be an extraordinary year filled with growth and blessings for you and your loved ones.

Here at Eagles Rising, we are eagerly preparing to welcome our new group of students for the year ahead. Our 2025 recruitment drive was a resounding success, with an overwhelming number of applications from eager young people seeking the opportunity to grow and develop through our programs.

However, as we prepare to open our doors, we face a challenge. While our current infrastructure allows us to support 36 students, our ability to transport them limits us to helping only 26 students at this time. This is heartbreaking as the need in the communities we serve is vast, and the stories of determination and hope we encountered during the selection process remind us just how important our work is.
