Communities across the Cape Flats continue to suffer under the weight of gang and gun violence, while government at all three levels — national, provincial, and local — fails to act decisively. Families are losing loved ones, children live in fear, and our constitutional right to safety is being ignored.

Through the #GangsterismMustFall Movement, we are launching a legal and civic campaign to hold government accountable for its failure to protect the people. This campaign will challenge the inaction of the state and demand real, measurable interventions to make our communities safer.

Funds raised will support legal fees, research, community mobilisation, and awareness campaigns to strengthen this case and empower affected communities to speak for themselves.
