12/06 - Our appointment is booked at on the 27th of June @ Pretoria Cochlear Implant Unit, we are so exited going forward with this big step for Gerhard.

BAHA (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid)
- Stands for Bone Anchored Hearing Aid.
- Uses bone to carry sound to the inner ear.
- Good for people who have:
- Ear canal problems
- One working ear
- No outer ear
- Needs a tiny surgery to put a small piece into the bone behind the ear.
- Has a sound processor that clips on.
