Cyden’s Dance Story

Cyden’s love for dance began at just 5 years old. What started as a young girl’s passion soon grew into a purpose far bigger than herself.

At only 15 years old, in 2019, Cyden took on the incredible responsibility of taking over her dance school, leading, teaching, and inspiring others while still growing as a dancer herself.

In 2021, her dedication paid off when she was selected for the South African Team at the South African Championships for Performing Arts. In 2023, she was again selected, this time for the Talent Africa South African Team. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints and Matric commitments, she was unable to attend these international opportunities.

Instead of giving up, Cyden poured her heart into lifting others. In 2024 and 2025, she led her school’s dancers to Regional, National, and International competitions, helping them shine on stages she was still patiently waiting to step onto herself.

Now, it’s her turn.
