Making independent theatre is hard. Touring independent theatre is harder. 

But the truth is, it’s not actually independent. Not entirely. We may write the plays in isolation. Rehearse our one-person shows in living rooms alone. But theatre doesn’t really exist without a community to share it with. And so I am trying my darnedest to grow my community by getting my work out there, to potential audiences, fresh ears and eyes to offer my work to. The goal is one day in the (hopefully not-so) distant future, to tour the world. But we have to start small and prove ourselves, right? So, here I am.
