NEVE QUAIL is a member of our South African National Archery Association and is a part of the SA team that will be attending the Central European Cup as well as the European Youth Cup tournaments that will take place in Catez, Slovenia from the 24th of July to the 3rd of August 2025.
Neve is an exceptional athlete with huge potential to become an Olympic archer. At the tender age of 17 she has shown a maturity and commitment beyond her years.
She is currently ranked first in the country in her age division and is the second highest ranked woman recurve archer nationally.
Due to the fact that we have very little international competition here in South Africa, attendance at events overseas are vital if our athletes are to improve their world ranking. It is these rankings that determine whether we will be allowed to participate in events such as the Youth Olympics, World Games and Common Wealth Games. It is also the start of preparation for the LA 2028 Olympics.
