Eight years ago, Warren never imagined he would have the opportunity to wear the South African flag on the world stage.

After battling addiction and reaching rock bottom, his life was transformed through the saving grace of Jesus. What once seemed like a hopeless future has become a story of redemption, perseverance, and purpose.

Today, eight years sober, Warren has rebuilt his life, become a devoted husband and father, and dedicated countless hours to training and competing in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR).

His hard work recently paid off in an incredible way.

At the 2026 UIPM South African OCR Championships, Warren finished 3rd in South Africa, earning selection to represent Team South Africa at the UIPM OCR World Championships in Beijing, China.
