Grabouw High School Swimming Pool Appeal

SOS Africa is pleased to announce the launch of The Grabouw High School Swimming Pool Appeal. The exciting new initiative aims to raise £50,000 (R1.2M) required to redevelop the school’s 25 metre swimming pool and reopen it to the school students and wider community later this year.

Since first partnering with the school in 2013, SOS Africa has hosted fundraising initiatives to enhance the standard of education and care provided to its students. In addition to building an education centre at the school and sponsoring 40 of its students, more recently SOS Africa has also funded the construction of an IT Lab and two Grade R Classrooms.

Grabouw High School’s swimming complex used to be one of its most celebrated facilities, hosting competitive swimming galas for the region’s athletes and vital swimming lessons for beginners of all ages.
