Help Me Cheat Death and Keep Living Life to the Fullest: A Kidney Transplant for a Second Chance  

Hi, my name is Grant. I’m a father, a sportsman, and someone who has never let life’s challenges hold me back. For as long as I can remember, I’ve lived with Type 1 diabetes – a condition that has shaped me but never defined me. I’ve always pushed myself to live life with passion and purpose, whether it’s through bodybuilding, cycling, running, or simply being the best dad I can be to my incredible son, Aarin.  

Life, however, has had other plans for me and I am now facing one of the biggest challenges of my life. After years of battling diabetes, my kidneys have reached a point where they can no longer keep up. I need a kidney transplant to survive, to keep being there for my family, and to continue pursuing the active, fulfilling life I love.
