Some journeys start with a single step.
Mine started with a race I didn’t think I could finish — and ended with a global qualification.

Together with my teammate and training partner, Shaun de Jager, we have qualified to represent South Africa at the HYROX World Championship in Chicago, taking place 12–15 June 2025.

Out of thousands of athletes across 47 countries, we’ve both ranked in the top 1% worldwide in our age group — and now we’re chasing the finish line, side by side.

This isn’t about one of us crossing the line first.
It’s about getting there together — after all the hours, all the training, all the grit.
