Greg's Long Covid and burnout support

After a long period of severe financial and personal stress and repeated Covid infections I have developed Long Covid and severe burnout. I have tried my best to continue working as a guitar teacher but I regularly have to cancel lessons as my symptoms become too severe for me to work. 

It's also extremely dangerous to push through both Long Covid and burnout as this can worsen the condition substantially. I have been referred to the Long Covid clinic here in Cape Town in the hopes they will be able to at least help me alleviate some of my symptoms but there is no cure for Long Covid unfortunately. 

I've been faced with the reality that my ability to work and support myself has become severely limited. I still intend to keep teaching and working on music online but I will have to let go of working as a performing musician for the foreseeable future, and my limited income is not enough to support me and pay for my mounting medical costs. 

I simply cannot push any harder than I already am. The stress is deteriorating my body even more.
