Hearing for Leo

Thank you for taking the time to read about our dear son, Leo Smith.

Leo was born on 12 October 2018.  Tanya contracted a virus early at an early stage of her pregnancy with Leo. It caused unfortunately complications with the pregnancy including hearing loss.

Six years later, Leo, is a happy, energetic little boy who has come a long way since starting his life. Him and his older brother are very close. 

We are hopeful that our little boy will continue to progress and one day  be able to live an independent life.

In order to continue developing his speech, and for him to live life unimpeded,Leo needs a hearing aids. This is affecting him at school and at home. In his every day to day live. We would like to help and give him all the opportunities in life.

Leo has moderate hearing loss . Our medical aid has kindly agreed to fund R22 000 of the cost. We are running this campaign to collect funds to cover the remaining R80 000. This will cover the cost of the speach therapist, occupational therapy both for 12 each. And also the following up...
