My campaign, Heart Transplantation for Chris, aims to raise funds for a life-saving heart transplant for a young boy named Chris. Chris has a rare congenital heart condition, and without a successful heart transplant, he will not survive. Your donation will help cover the costs of the surgery, as well as Chris's post-operative care and rehabilitation.
