Help a Single Dad Beat Stage 3 Kidney Cancer

It is true that life is just too short and unpredictable. I sadly cannot fathom the diagnosis of kidney cancer at stage Ta3, which means the cancer is spreading beyond the affected kidney. My sons are equally traumatized and being a single strong father of the three boys and looking at my vista years almost fading in front of me, does shake me and make me reflect about life differently. The diagnosis has already been taxing in more ways than one, and sadly, our public health institutions are challenged by limited resources and the lack of medical cover hasn't been easy to accept either. 

The stage three aggressive spread has initiated myself and sons to openly and trustfully appreciate any contribution for such assistance to perform nephrectomy with the 13cm tumor and allow life to continue with the one kidney.
