Since early 2020, at the innocent age of 11, our beloved Akhil has been fighting a battle no child should ever have to face - Ewing Sarcoma, a form of pediatric bone and soft tissue cancer that has affected his pelvis.

For over five long years, his life has been a cycle of hospitals, treatments, and brief moments of hope, only to be crushed by relapse after relapse. Each time he thought he had finally beaten cancer, it came back, stealing more of his childhood.

He has missed years of school, his social circle, and above all the simple joy of just being a kid. Yet through it all, he has never stopped fighting. With the love of his family, he has found the courage to keep going, even when the odds seemed impossible.
