Help Alex Fight Cervical Cancer

My name is Sindi, and I’m reaching out with everything in me for my baby sister, Alexandra—though everyone who knows her calls her Alex.

Alex is the kind of person you don’t forget. She may be small in size, but she’s a true spitfire—strong, fierce, and the kind of person who would go to hell and back for the people she loves. She has the most contagious laugh, the kind that fills a room and makes everything feel a little lighter. That’s just who she is.

This year in June, Alex turns 39.

Instead of celebrating her life the way she deserves, she is facing one of the hardest battles imaginable—she has been diagnosed with Stage 3 cervical cancer.

As a family, we are devastated. It’s something you never think will happen to someone you love this deeply. Alex has always been the one who shows up for everyone else, and now we are doing everything we can to show up for her.
