Amore has been diagnosed with both Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) and PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections) — two severe autoimmune conditions triggered by recent infections. In addition to these, she has also battled tonsillitis and bronchitis, which have further weakened her immune system and complicated her recovery.
