Angelique has been battling a severe and undiagnosed illness for over a year. Despite countless tests, doctors have not yet been able to determine what’s wrong. Her condition has worsened to the point where she had to stop working after becoming extremely weak and losing alot of weight. She now weighs less than 40kg and is currently in ICU.
Doctors are still searching for answers while Angelique fights for her life on a ventilator. This past week, her heart stopped twice — but by God’s grace, she was revived both times.
Her family is doing everything they can to stay by her side, traveling daily between Middelburg and Pretoria, all while trying to manage overwhelming medical and travel expenses.
