Help Asi Graduate & Register for Honours

Molweni. I am Asivile Mpokeli.

I am a prospective Honours student at the University of Cape Town. In order to graduate and register for Honours, I am required to first settle an outstanding R27 000 balance. 

This outstanding balance is the direct result of the NSFAS accommodation funding cap, which does not fully cover UCT residence costs. As a result, the shortfall accumulated over time. 

At present, this outstanding balance is preventing both my graduation and my ability to register and enrol for Honours in Marketing. Clearing this debt will allow me to graduate and register for the 2026 academic year. 

Unfortunately, financial difficulties have made it impossible for me to clear this debt on my own. I have exhausted all other avenues available to me. I am deeply grateful to the University of Cape Town for awarding me a partial institutional bursary; however, despite this support, the bursary was not sufficient to fully cover the remaining balance.
