Help Buy Land for Abused Children in Gqeberha

Right now in Gqeberha, vulnerable children are stuck in abusive homes and severe neglect — simply because we have no more space.

Three weeks ago, two social workers called us desperately needing placement for two children: one escaping an abusive situation and another suffering severe neglect. We were full, but we promised them space on the 14th when two of our children were due to leave. We turned away many other urgent calls for children in to protect those spots.

Then yesterday, the court case was postponed. Those two precious children remain trapped in danger, and we’ve had to say no to six more — including a child with burn wounds and four siblings who need to stay together.

We’ve been working tirelessly to secure our own land so that no child in our city ever falls through the cracks again. This property will allow us to expand and provide safe, loving care to many more children who desperately need it.
