Help Chase Get His Life-Changing Surgery

Meet Chase, a brave and energetic little boy who needs our help. Chase was born with a condition that requires a Right Orchidopexy and Left trans-scrotal Orchidopexy. While he is full of life now, this surgery is urgent; if left untreated, it poses significant risks to his health and quality of life as he enters adolescence.

As a single mother, Angelique, Chase’s mom wants nothing more than to give him the healthy future he deserves. However, the waiting list for this procedure at government hospitals is currently 18 months. Chase cannot wait that long. We are raising funds to move his surgery to a private facility to ensure he gets the care he needs without delay.
