Hi everyone,
We are incredibly proud to share that our daughter, Claire, has been selected to represent her Invitational Hockey Team on an international tour to the Netherlands from 25 September to 5 October 2026.
This opportunity came after her outstanding performance at the Belgotex Easter Tournament, where she earned a place in this elite touring squad — a team made up of top players selected from across different schools.
Claire’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. She only started playing as a goalkeeper in 2025, yet through sheer determination and passion, she has grown tremendously in a very short time.
In just one year, she has already:
🏫 Been selected for Milnerton High School’s First Team
🏆 Received Most Improved Player – Milnerton Hockey Club (2025)
🥈 Narrowly missed Goalkeeper of the Year
⭐ Earned multiple Player of the Match nominations
🌍 Been selected for an International Invitational Team
