Support a Rising Para-Archery Champion
Danette Pretorius is a 20-year-old para-athlete competing in the Compound OPEN Class in archery. She has dominated national competition in Namibia and Southern Africa — and now she stands at the threshold of her international journey.
Danette has qualified to compete in the 76th South African National Archery Championships in Johannesburg from 26–29 March 2026.
This is not just another competition.
This event is officially recognized by World Archery and is a mandatory qualifying competition for National team selection, which opens the pathway to International World Archery events.
Without competing in this championship, international qualification is impossible — regardless of her domestic success.
This is her moment.
