John is in need of a full mouth reconstruction, he needs implants and dentures top and bottom he is still young and self esteem is so low because of his teeth. He avoids people because he does not want to open his mouth or smile, he also battles to eat food and is in constant pain I hate seeing him suffer like this and I'm hoping we can help him every bit helps he has his whole life ahead of him and I want him to live life to the fullest and not want to avoid people and being social.
