Hi everyone,
I never thought I’d be in a position where I have to ask for help like this, but right now my family really needs it.
My wife is currently pregnant with our second baby girl. This should be a joyful and exciting time for us… but instead, it’s been filled with fear and uncertainty.
During her first pregnancy, she tried to give birth naturally. We later found out that due to a previous back injury, her body physically cannot fully dilate. What followed was a traumatic emergency — she could not progress past 5cm, her fluid started running low, and our baby began turning. It became life-threatening very quickly.
It got so serious that her mother had to sign consent forms because both my wife and our baby’s lives were at risk.
She was rushed in for an emergency C-section, and afterwards the doctor made it clear: natural birth would be dangerous for her in future pregnancies.
Now we are expecting our second daughte...
