Our sister, Emma-Grace Snyman, 11 years old, was in a terrible accident on 26 May 2025 just outside Sedgefield in the Garden Route. She was rushed to two different hospitals, and then airlifted with her mom, Vanessa, to a hospital in Cape Town.
Emma's condition is critical. She has sustained severe head, neck and facial injuries. She will undergo an extended period of rehabilitation as she recovers and as we understand from the doctors, Emma may face a prolonged stay at the hospital.
Although her treatment and medical bills are covered by state hospitals, the primary objective of Emma's BaB funding platform is for us to help make provision for her future in whichever way that could benefit her onwards.
