Help get Jared to Rugby Tour

Jared has had a love of Rugby from a young age. He had the opportunity to play school Rugby at 9 years old, but thereafter the primary school he attended did not offer Rugby as a school sport. Despite not being able to play Rugby as a school sport, he never gave up, and this year (his first year of high school) he tried out for the Rugby team. I have watched Jared play Rugby and he plays with his whole heart! He takes his all onto the field!   

Jared has been selected to go on tour and represent his school in a Rugby tournament. Finances are tight for the family and this is one of those unforseen expenses that come around and bowl us over, but how do you tell a 13 year old boy that he can't follow his dream of playing Rugby?
