Help Greg

Hi! My name is Greg, I used to be a self sufficient goldsmith, specializing in once off custom jewellery manufacture...and I  taught jewellery making...I loved teaching my trade, the outdoors, adventures in my Land Rover, riding my trail bike, taking the kids on hikes, holiday surf safaris, and hiking in nature.

On the 4th of July 2010, I was a victim in a car accident, (I died and was resuscitated three times in the ICU that night). I shattered my C4 and C5 vertebrae (identical to Christopher Reeve), and fractured my scull (resulting in mild to severe brain trauma), with two broken wrists, and a dislocated shoulder…Doctors told me I would never walk or function normally again.

I have proven them wrong in many ways, taking a delight in doing so, I've managed to teach myself to walk again, even to run! (Once, and it wasn't easy, my brain kept telling me that the ground was coming up to hit me!)… I've gone so far as to teach myself to surf again and have improved my fine motor skills to the point of being able to make jewellery and teach again.
