Help Jordan raise the bar in Poland

My name is Jordan Fine, and I have been given 
the incredible honour of representing South 
Africa at the World Bench Press Championships 
to be held this May in Poland.

This opportunity means more to me than I can fully express. Powerlifting did not just become a 
sport in my life, it became a turning point. Like many young people, I went through a deeply 
challenging period that tested me mentally and emotionally. It was a time that could easily have 
defined me in the wrong way.

Instead, I found strength where I least expected it: under a barbell.

What started as training quickly became something much greater. Powerlifting gave me structure, discipline, focus, and most importantly, belief in myself. It became my anchor and my way forward. I am incredibly fortunate to train at a gym I now call home, surrounded by people who believed in me long before the results showed it.
