My name is Lameez Seedat, and hockey has always been a massive part of my life. It has taught me discipline, resilience, teamwork, and most importantly to never stop believing in myself.
One of the proudest moments of my journey was being selected for the South African U16A hockey team to tour Zimbabwe. Wearing the green and gold to represent my country was an incredible honour and a true dream come true.
Now, my hockey journey is taking another exciting step forward.
I have been selected for the PSI Africa All Stars and granted the opportunity to tour Europe from 3–13 January 2027! During this tour, we will travel to Hamburg, Cologne, Bremen, and Amsterdam to play a minimum of six matches, participate in high-level training sessions, and learn from some of the best indoor hockey players in the world.
